had a really warm welcome from the receptionist n they changed my room to ground floor when i said i can't do stairs. my room n bathroom were super clean, like spotless. breakfast was amazin, the poached eggs were made fresh just for me which is rare...

The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help with my dietary requests. The room was spacious and equipped with a microwave, which was perfect for my needs.

Absolutely frustrating lack of elevator access!!! The outdated room décor detracted from any modern comfort expectations!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues seemed to plague my stay, and the no-heat radiator made for an uncomfortable evening!!!

It was just a reliable pick for a date night in Gravesend with good price value. The staff were really nice, especially Danny on security, who went out of his way to help us feel comfortable. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast. it’s a solid start to the day.
